OFFICIAL PARTNER
OF THE ADIDAS TERREX MAXI RACE
For the second consecutive year, we are proud to support the Adidas Terrex Maxi-Race as an Official Partner. A must-attend event in alpine trail running, where runners navigate lakes, ridgelines, and demanding trails in an environment that is as spectacular as it is challenging.
THE NUTRITION GUIDE
The Adidas Terrex Maxi-Race immerses runners in the heart of rugged alpine terrain, between lakeshores, dense forests, and open mountain peaks. The course alternates between long climbs, technical descents, and more runnable sections, where the body must constantly adapt to the terrain.
Here, pacing is key. Your pace is shaped by the elevation gain, your footing evolves over the kilometers, and the effort unfolds over time. You move forward in a balance between commitment and control, carried by the beauty of the surroundings and the intensity of the experience.
For this new edition, Tā Energy is proud to support the event as its official nutrition partner.
To help you prepare as effectively as possible, we have created this nutrition guide to help you manage your energy intake and hydration, from preparation through to the finish line.
